Melbourne, FL – Rachel Brunt (RE, CCE), licensed aesthetician at Brevard Plastic Surgery & Skin Treatment Center, and national board certified clinical Electrologist, has earned the position of Certified Medical Electrologist (CME) in Laser hair removal by the Board of Medicine. Ms. Brunt plans to use this certification to expand the range of services she can offer patients by being able to choose from either service, or combine electrolysis and laser procedures for the best results. Laser hair removal also gives Ms. Brunt an opportunity to provide services in a more timely fashion because Laser removes multiple hairs at once, compared to electrolysis that removes hairs individually. For either service, there is no down time, and patients can expect permanent results. Brevard Plastic Surgery & Skin Treatment Center offers the most comprehensive Laser services in the area including MicroLaserPeel, ArcticPeel, vascular procedures, skin resurfacing, hair removal, PhotoRejuvenation and Thermascan collagen stimulation.
Rachel Brunt has nine years of experience as a licensed aesthetician, concentrating in skin care, and says obtaining her license in Laser Hair removal was the next step in her career path. “This is an exciting addition to my profession,” says Rachel Brunt. “Patients are so satisfied with the flexibility of both Laser and Electrolysis services and appreciate the benefits that using both services can offer,” she says. Rachel adds that Laser is a superior alternative for dark pigmented hair and a perfect option for facial hair.
Having previously worked at area spas, Rachel says the professional environment at Brevard Plastic Surgery & Skin Treatment Center offers patients a totally different level of expertise. “The idea of seeking skincare services often conjures up the image of a time to relax and be pampered. While our services provide that benefit too, we know that with the continued advancements in technological equipment and professional products, its important for patients to seek services from professionals who are licensed and experienced,” says Brunt. “Any procedure is an important one.and we aim to provide the highest level of expertise available.”
Brunt and her fellow professionals at Brevard Plastic Surgery & Treatment Center are under the direction of Dr. Roxanne Guy, MD, F.A.C.S., a nationally recognized plastic surgeon and future President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
