Rachel Brunt and Norah Felton awarded for exceptional customer service
Melbourne, FL – The OBAGI Company recognized Brevard Plastic Surgery & Skin Treatment Center aestheticians Rachel Brunt and Norah Felton at the company’s national seminar August 4 – 7, 2006. Nominated by an OBAGI company representative, Felton and Brunt are among 15 practitioners from around the country who will receive this award for exceptional dedication and service to their clientele. They will each receive an all expense-paid trip to The Island hotel in Newport Beach, California where they will spend four days attending seminars and being “pampered” courtesy of The OBAGI Company.
Brunt and Felton are under the direction of Dr. Roxanne Guy, MD, F.A.C.S., a nationally recognized plastic surgeon and future President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. “What an honor for us to be nationally recognized – especially to have two of our professionals chosen!” says Dr. Guy. “This really showcases the level of customer care that we offer for our patients,” she adds.
Rachel Brunt, aesthetician, National Board Certified Electrologist and Certified Medical Electrologist (CME) in Laser Hair Removal has more than nine years of experience as a licensed aesthetician, concentrating on skin care. Nora Felton has been a certified aesthetician since 1998, and part of the team at Brevard Plastic Surgery and Skin Treatment Center for the past two years. She recently obtained certification in Permanent Makeup.
“What a nice surprise for us,” says Rachel Brunt. “Norah and I work very hard to give all of our clients top notch service and a pleasurable experience. It’s rewarding to know that our peers in the industry feel we are accomplishing that goal,” she says.
